1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Believeas mobile application (“Platform”).

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Minors are allowed to access our platform under parent’s supervision
• Services are available only within India
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

3. Account Registration

• Login is available via email and password
• OTP verification is used for signup and login
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

4. Services Overview

Believeas enables users to:

• Browse food and grocery items
• Place orders
• Receive doorstep delivery via in-house delivery staff

All orders are subject to availability.

5. Orders & Cancellation

• Users may cancel orders instantly
• Believeas reserves the right to cancel orders due to operational or logistical reasons

6. Payments

• Only Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported
• Users must ensure correct payment at delivery

7. Delivery

• Deliveries are fulfilled by in-house delivery staff
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Operational constraints
  • Force majeure events

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Misuse the Platform
• Engage in unlawful or abusive behavior

Believeas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Promotions & Notifications

We may offer promotions, discounts, or credits at our discretion.

Such offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

10. Account Deletion

• Users may request account deletion via email
• Personal data is deleted within 7 days
• Order data may be retained for legal compliance

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software on the Platform are the property of Believeas or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Believeas shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
• User-provided incorrect delivery details

Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Believeas against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
